This course genuinely got me excited about using Aider on real projects. The part I enjoyed most was learning how to refactor code and then review the changes through Git instead of blindly accepting whatever the AI produced. Seeing how Aider handles commits, diffs and even undoing changes made the whole workflow feel much safer than I expected. I tried it on an older project I had been avoiding cleaning up, and being able to describe the changes I wanted and then inspect exactly what Aider modified was such a satisfying experience. Really practical course especially if you want AI coding assistance without giving up control of your codebase.
