Course Reviews
Christopher Martin
I have recently completed the section on developing a portfolio, and I would like to note a few lessons that I have already put to good use. Firstly, the advice on how to create a desirable list of writing samples without previous clients and the overall approach to positioning was very helpful. I have already created a professional portfolio site using the provided recommendations and optimized my LinkedIn profile. Moreover, the optimization brought the expected result within a week, I have got two requests from potential clients, which found me via LinkedIn search. The lesson about social proof and testimonials was also very useful, as it provided an actionable plan for attracting new clients. Therefore, this stage has already given me some valuable takeaways that I will use in the future.
