I mostly wanted to get better at using Fireflies for meeting notes because I was only using the basic transcription before. The course helped me understand how to organize summaries, pull out action items and actually find useful points from older calls without digging through everything manually. I’ve started using it more regularly now specially after longer meetings and it genuinely saves me time. I also liked that the course focuses on practical setup instead of making Fireflies sound more complicated than it is.
