What stood out to me was how well the course was structured. It starts with the core Einstein features and gradually moves into lead scoring, predictive insights, Next Best Action, automation, and reporting without making the more advanced parts feel overwhelming. I especially liked that the examples were tied to realistic Salesforce scenarios rather than isolated feature demos. The sections on data quality and AI governance were a nice addition too, because they covered things that are easy to ignore when learning automation. Overall it felt practical, well paced and much easier to apply than learning Einstein through scattered tutorials.

Just finished today's session and wow. Set up Einstein Lead Scoring in my sandbox immediately after. The Prediction Builder walkthrough alone was worth it. I walked in confused about Einstein Bots and now have a working support automation flow. Used what I learned directly at work this week. Feeling ready for the Salesforce AI Associate exam now. If you have Salesforce data sitting unused, this unlocks it fast.
