What I liked most was that this didn’t feel like a basic tour of Zoho AI. The sections on Zia, workflow automation, lead follow-ups and spotting useful patterns in data were genuinely practical. I also enjoyed seeing how different Zoho tools can work together instead of being explained separately. Came away with a much clearer idea of how to use the AI features properly. Really useful course and absolutely worth it.

Solid introduction to Zoho AI automation and Zia features across CRM and analytics. The tutor explains everything clearly with practical workflows you can apply immediately. I especially loved the sales productivity and customer engagement modules. Only wish the course was slightly longer to dive deeper into advanced analytics. I would definitely recommend this for anyone using Zoho daily.
